At thefindedit, every piece in our edit is curated with care. If something isn't right with your order, we are committed to making it right.


EU Statutory Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the European Union Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, customers based in the European Union have the legal right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order.

To exercise this right, please notify us in writing at abramamy11@gmail.com within 14 calendar days of receiving your item(s). We will acknowledge your request within 3 business days and guide you through the next steps.


What We Cover

thefindedit will offer a full refund or free replacement in the following circumstances:

  • Your item arrived damaged or defective
  • An incorrect item was delivered to you
  • Your order did not arrive within 30 days of your confirmed dispatch date

In these cases, no return of the item is required. We will resolve your case promptly and at no additional cost to you.


How to Submit a Claim

To request a refund or replacement, please contact us at abramamy11@gmail.com with the following information:

  • Your full name and order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photographs of the item where applicable

We will respond within 3 business days with a resolution. Our goal is to ensure every customer leaves thefindedit satisfied.


Exclusions

Please note that the following are not covered under our returns policy:

  • Return requests submitted more than 14 days after delivery
  • Items damaged as a result of misuse, improper care, or accidental damage by the customer
  • Incorrect sizes selected by the customer at the time of purchase - please refer to our size guide before ordering
  • Minor colour variations caused by differences in screen display settings, which do not constitute a defect
  • Delays attributable to customs processing or circumstances beyond our control

Refund Processing

Once your refund has been approved, it will be processed within 5 to 10 business days and returned to your original payment method. In all cases, refunds will be issued no later than 14 days from the date of approval, in compliance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU.

Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.


Non-EU Customers

For customers outside of the European Union, refunds and replacements are offered at our discretion and assessed on a case by case basis. We remain committed to resolving any genuine issues fairly and efficiently.
