Our Promise
At thefindedit, every order is handled with the same care and intention as the pieces we curate. We work with trusted fulfilment partners to ensure your order reaches you as smoothly as possible.
ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are carefully processed within 1 to 3 business days of payment confirmation. Please note that orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the following business day. During periods of high demand, such as seasonal sales or new collection launches, processing times may be slightly extended. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information where available. You can use this to monitor the progress of your delivery directly with the carrier.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after your dispatch confirmation is received.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES & IMPORT TAXES
For orders delivered within the European Union, no additional customs fees or import duties apply.
DELIVERY DELAYS
While we make every effort to meet the estimated timeframes outlined above, delivery times may occasionally be affected by factors beyond our control, including carrier delays, adverse weather conditions, customs processing times, or other unforeseen circumstances.
thefindedit is not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers, customs authorities, or any other external factors. In the event of a significant delay, please do not hesitate to contact our customer care team and we will do our best to assist you.
INCORRECT DELIVERY ADDRESS
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the delivery address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. thefindedit cannot be held responsible for orders lost or delayed as a result of an incorrect or incomplete address. If you notice an error in your delivery details, please contact us immediately at abramamy11@gmail.com We will do our best to amend the address prior to dispatch, however we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.
LOST OR UNDELIVERED ORDERS
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please first check your tracking information and contact the relevant carrier directly. If you are still unable to locate your order, please reach out to our team at abramamy11@gmail.com and we will investigate the matter on your behalf.
